Cathy Peng
Co-Founder, Chairman of Board
Cathy has earlier worked as senior managerial positions in a multinational company in China, UK, Singapore and Finland for more than a decade. She has solid experience in business and financial operations. She left her footprint over 40 countries, and enjoys traveling, outdoor sports and cooking. After 6 years living in Finland, she fell in love with this country and decided to realize her long-time dream by combining her hobbies and work together. She has strong passion to bring people excellent experience of Nordic organic lifestyle and takes good care of all customers’ stomach and well-being.
Riitta Kiukas
Managing Partner, Travel Business
Riitta has been a CEO of local travel company for several years. She has solid experience in holiday package/tailor made product and manually picked more than 100 great excursions and activities in Finland. She is eager to introduce you to activities, which opens opportunities to experience something new. She set high criteria in product sourcing by personally experiencing products facilities and services. She loves to be on the move, also on holidays. For her, life means exercise, balance of life and spending good time with the loved ones.
Lance Liu
General Manager, Mainland China
Lance worked in a top 100 company in the world for 8 years and has 3 years of overseas work experience. After graduating from university studying geography, he worked in software testing, large IT project delivery and management. He is outgoing, passionate about sports and travelling, curious about new things, and longs for and promotes the Nordic simple and organic lifestyle.

Amy has the background of HR consulting experience in Japanese trading company and bank. Since her childhood, she already started traveling with her father in all famous sceneries in China. In her philosophy, travel is not simply a quick sightseeing, she prefers living and having fun as a local person during her trip to gain deep understanding of local culture. She is eager to bring customer excellent local experience which is unforgettable in their life.
Grace Song
General Manager, Hong Kong, China
Grace started her career in a world top-tier consulting firm in Beijing for 7 years and then joined an investment institution with world top3 background in Hong Kong. She had solid experience in business intelligence, operation optimization, business model design and strategy planning. She is familiar with investment financing ,structuring and risk control. With combined cross-culture background, Grace is fond of exploring fresh things. She enjoys doing outdoor sports, reading and food tasting with friends. Donna Li
Co-Founder, Board of Director
Donna left her footprint in 10+ countries in Asia, EU, U.S. by working and traveling. She keeps walking further to explore boarder range of life and tries to get wisdom from traveling by seeing how people live in different countries. She majored in economics during university, and she has interest to know all kinds of stories behind the brands. It’s very cool experience to join Nordicol team with friends, who are simple and enthusiastic and talented. She hopes customers also have fun in seeking small or big dreams with us!
